The VIVANT single pieces are made of highly durable forged aluminium, which distributes the heat optimally throughout the piece, thus achieving an efficient use of energy and uniform cooking of the food.
The interior is coated with a stone-finished, PFOA-, lead- and cadmium-free, two-layer non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking to the pan and facilitates cleaning. The tempered glass lid is resistant to high temperatures and allows you to see the food cooking without uncovering the pan. Its exhaust valve allows excess steam to escape. Suitable for all hobs, including induction cookers.
