Tentsuyu Tempura Sauce
Prepare this very special sauce for your tempura, super original and nutritious ingredients with which with great simplicity you can make it in less than 5 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
- Shoyu sauce (75 ml)
- Mirin or sake (75 ml)
- Dashi broth (225 ml)
- Sugar (10 g)
- Grated daikon (5 g)
- Grated ginger (3 g)
ELABORATION:
1. Place your Fagor pan on a heat source and pour in the liquid ingredients.
2. Heat to medium power and when it starts to get hot, add the sugar and the grated ginger and daikon.
3. Mix well and let it boil for about 2 minutes.
4. Serve the tentsuyu sauce at a moderate temperature.
