The ALAIA single pieces have the body made of 18/10 stainless steel and the lid made of heat-resistant glass, they contain a triple-layer diffusing bottom which allows the heat to be distributed evenly and we can track the food without having to lift the lid, which means considerable energy savings.
The lids consist of a stainless steel frame and chimney. The fireproof Bakelite handles provide resistance to the product. Suitable for all types of fires. TOTAL INDUCTION.
